I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable beds ever. The service was top-notch, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The location was superb, with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The dining experience was excellent overall, though there was room for a bit more variety. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms were basic but had all the necessary facilities. Unfortunately, my room faced the back roof of what seemed to be a shed, which was disappointing as I had booked for a view. There was no reception, so changing rooms for our one-night stay was pointless. However, the location was ideal for exploring the city and visiting QUB, while also being nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips on what to see and where to go, although some improvements in service could enhance the experience.
